The asset management company will give entire estate for contract farming. As a developer of the estate, i will form the asset management company. The board of directors of the company will be the landlords only.

All the owners will be part of the Asset Management Company and they will be given shares based on the assets owned.

Like in any other private limited company, the profits will be shared in proportion to the number of shares that they own.
